If you are currently running AVG Cloudcare Anti Virus there is a manual intervention required to upgrade to the latest version to maintain your virus and spam protection.

AVG merged with Avast last year and this upgrade replaces AVG Cloudcare with Avast Business AntiVirus.

Click on the following link and “Run” the downloaded program called “CCUpdate.exe”

The program runs in the background silently but eventually you will see the icon in the tray rather than the AVG Icon

You will also see this in the 10 Programs

 

…and clicking on “Avast Cloudcare” will start the program and shows this.
